Plans, coordinates, and directs the training and staff development programs for organization. Develops training strategy, policy, and schedules based on analyzed need throughout the company. Coordinates with department managers and other trainers to provide a complete battery of behavioral and operational training programs and manuals.
Skills/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
* 5 - 7 years hands-on training experience
* Knowledge of adult learning principals
* Experience managing a training team required.
* Creative ability, writing proficiency and visual graphics design ability
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Manage remote employees
* Requires up to 50% travel
