The new market segments, Automotive, Insurance, and Diversified, serve as the foundation for client service delivery, R&D, sales and marketing. This new alignment optimizes the development and delivery of Cross Country's customer relationship enhancement products and services - including its flagship service, emergency roadside assistance - to clients within specific markets; helping drive revenue generation, enhance brand loyalty, and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Automotive Market: This new team focuses on all automotive OEMs, dealerships, service contract and related companies. The Automotive Market team offers its clients a range of products and services that build brand loyalty and drive business into the dealership; increasing parts and service revenue and sales of new and pre-owned vehicles.

  • Insurance Market: This new team focuses on Property and Casualty insurance companies and brokers. The Insurance Market team provides products and services that increase the frequency of positive interactions with policyholders, reduce collision towing claims expense, and leverages Cross Country's data and customer relationship management expertise to bring clients closer to their customers.

  • Diversified Markets: This new team delivers value to a number of market spaces including auto-related retailers and suppliers, fleet management organizations, and membership and affinity groups. The Diversified Markets team provides value-added products and services that include revenue sharing direct marketing programs, specialized incentive marketing programs that encourage repeat business, and innovative programs that strengthen customer relationships and positively impact brand loyalty.
