Cross Country and GM Announce New Service Excellence Award for Service Provider Community
 
 

Medford, MA – June 26, 2007 – Cross Country Automotive Services (Cross Country), a leading provider of vehicle and driver programs, announced today the launch of a new GM-sponsored Service Excellence Award.  Developed in partnership with General Motors, the service award will recognize Service Providers that display outstanding customer service to GM customers in responding to towing and road service events. The GM Service Excellence Award will be presented four times per year on a quarterly basis. Winners for each of towing and other road services will receive a plaque, cash prizes and recognition through announcements located on Argosi.net, a website dedicated to participants in Cross Country’s network of service providers.  In addition, two annual grand prizes will be awarded – one for road service and one for towing. Grand prize award recipients will receive cash prizes, a plaque and industry recognition in a half-page ad in American Towman.
