Job Description 

Recruits, researches, screens, interviews, and refers job candidates for job openings. Utilizes established network of
contacts and coordinates with advertising agency to help identify new candidates. Communicates and coordinates with candidates and hiring manager to ensure smooth operation of the interview process. Documents statistics to be analyzed
for identifying and reporting trends and developing best practices within the function.

Skills/Experience
  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
  •  3-5 years related experience in the human resources field; Familiarity and working knowledge of employment laws
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  •  Possesses good judgment and ability to gather information and make decisions based on that information
  •  Represents CCAS to the public at job, college fairs as needed
